ResearchRank supports year-specific Top 1%, 2%, 3%, 5% and 10% scientist recognition awards for the latest three recognition years: 2026, 2025, 2024.
Verified historical snapshots only
A historical percentile certificate is issued only when the selected year's rank position and evaluated population are available in a verified ResearchRank/OpenAlex data snapshot. The system does not relabel today's rank as a past-year rank.
Available tiers
Top 1% Distinguished Scientist, Top 2% Elite Scientist, Top 3% Outstanding Scientist, Top 5% Research Impact and Top 10% Academic Achievement Awards — each certificate records the recognition year, rank position, evaluated population, percentile, ranking basis and verification QR.
Administrators can create year-wise certificates from the new Historical Awards panel after validating the year's source data.
